Accessing and Using Your Digital Planner Templates

Download Your Digital Templates

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a direct download link on the confirmation page and via email. Click the link to download the planner PDF templates to your device. If provided as a ZIP file, be sure to extract the contents before use.

Transfer to Your Tablet

iPad Users: Use AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or the Files app to transfer the file to your note-taking apps.

• Samsung/Android Tablets: Use Google Drive, OneDrive, or USB file transfer to move the PDF to your device.

GoodNotes (iPad)

Open GoodNotes → tap “New” → “Import” → select your downloaded planner PDF. You can import your digital templates as a new document or into an existing notebook. Use Navigation mode (tap the pen icon to toggle) to activate planner hyperlinks.

Notability / Noteshelf / OneNote

Open your preferred note-taking apps → tap “Import” or “Insert Document” → select your planner. Your downloaded planner template will now be ready for handwriting, highlighting, and annotation.

Samsung Notes (Galaxy Tab)

Open Samsung Notes → tap the PDF icon or select Import PDF. Choose your planner file from Downloads or My Files. Use your S Pen to write, draw, and customize your digital templates as needed.

Always use digital templates in actual size to maintain proportions when printing. 

To reuse weekly layouts in note-taking apps, duplicate pages easily: 

GoodNotes: Tap the thumbnail view → duplicate. 

Samsung Notes: Use Page Sorter → tap the three-dot menu → duplicate. 

Utilize a stylus (Apple Pencil or S Pen) with a matte screen protector for a paper-like writing experience while you download planner layouts. 

Remember to back up your notes periodically to iCloud, Google Drive, or OneDrive to avoid data loss. 

Create folders for easy organization (e.g., “2025 Planner,” “School,” “Work”).
