Run a single test print to check alignment.
Print remaining pages once satisfied.
Verify insert size
For example A5 (148 × 210 mm / 5.83″ × 8.27″) or Personal (95 × 171 mm / 3.74″ × 6.73″) dimensions.
Use PDF softwareOpen your file in Adobe Reader—not a browser—to preserve exact formatting.
Select paper size in Page Setup Choose the exact match (A5 or Personal) or set a custom paper size accordingly.
Set scaling to Actual Size (100 %) This ensures the planner prints to its intended dimensions without distortion.
Choose Auto (or Portrait) orientation
Print one page to verify size. Once confirmed, print your full set.
If available, select duplex. Choose Flip on long edge for portrait or Flip on short edge for landscape layouts
Always test print first—avoids wasting paper.
Use quality paper (28–32 lb matte) to prevent bleed-through and boost durability
Save presets in your print settings for quick future printing.
Adjust duplex settings confidently: Portrait = long-edge flip; Landscape = short-edge flip.
Printer-friendly cuts: Trim A4/Letter sheets using a paper trimmer or guillotine for crisp edges.
